		<description>Kirsten, I didn&#039;t realize it was just for green waste. That is disappointing. I&#039;m not as concerned about it passing. Have you heard of a proposal to do other types of recycling here?

		<description>I would support curbside recycling in a heartbeat - but what the city is providing is just &quot;green&quot; waste recycling.  Since we mulch all of our own grass clippings - we really don&#039;t have any need for a can just for yard &quot;green&quot; waste.  I hope that someday the city will offer a recycling program for the real waste in our home - plastic, paper, aluminum, etc.  I wish they were working on this rather than green waste, which is biodegradable anyway.</description>
