Tat-Toes Nail Polish Stickers Review

by Janet Thaeler on November 14, 2011

I recently got to try out the Tat-Toes nail polish stickers. Pat Mann in our neighborhood reps these and she brought some by.

You’ll see my before/after photo here. Notice that before I sorely needed to get my nails done but haven’t had a chance to yet. Then you’ll see my awesome new tattoos that I call “Scooby Doo” because they are like the 70s. I love them. I’m probably going to go for something more traditional for my fingernails though.

nail polish stickers

These are stickers that come in different widths. You put them on your nails, cut off the excess, then file it down to fit the shape of your nail. They should last 8 weeks. Pat can get you any design within a week for just $15 (less than you can get on the web site). One package should do 3 sets.

I have tried several things for my nails:

Nail Salons

Salons are the best because you get the entire experience of being pampered. But now that I have a new baby, it’s not always easy to go. Plus you’re looking at at least $25 every time you go get your nails done.

Glue on Nails

I tried these on my toenails and hated them because, well, they fall off. It feels awful to have fake nails in your socks.

Shellack Nails

These are expensive and look great. They also last a long time. But just try to get it off – good luck! You practically have to go back to the salon to have the polish removed. Too much work.

Conclusion

I’ve had my Tat-Toes for about 2 weeks and I love them. They look as good as when I put them on. I’ve been to the gym, walked in shoes with no socks, etc. and they have stayed put. Only the pinky toe one fell off the first day. I have had many compliments on them and am a big fan! Less expensive, quick to apply, and long-lasting.
